• You have tested the EA on a demo account

REFUND POLICY

Digital Product Policy

All MakitsenFX products are digital, downloadable software products.

Due to the nature of digital goods, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once the product is delivered and/or the license key is issued, refunds, chargebacks, or reversals are not permitted.

No Refunds Under the Following Conditions

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Poor trading performance or financial loss

• User error or incorrect settings

• Broker-related issues (spread, slippage, execution, restrictions)

• Market conditions or news events

• Lack of understanding of the product

• Change of mind after purchase

• Failure to read product description or documentation

License & Access Protection

Once a license is generated or a product is downloaded:

• The software cannot be “returned”

• The license cannot be revoked without compromising intellectual property

• Refunds are therefore strictly prohibited

This policy protects against software misuse, copying, and abuse.

Exceptions (At Our Discretion Only)

A refund may be considered only if:

• The product is proven to be technically defective

• The issue cannot be resolved by support

• The request is made within 48 hours of purchase

Any exception is granted solely at the discretion of MakitsenFX and does not establish precedent.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in:

• Immediate license termination

• Permanent ban from future products

• Reporting of abuse to the payment processor
